“الدينامو” المحرك لأغلب المعدات: طارة السير (Belt Pulley). وتحديداً، يظهر في الصورة عملية “خراطة” لمجاري السير (V-Grooves) على ماكينة المخرطة، حيث يتم تشغيل السطح للوصول إلى النعومة والدقة المطلوبة.
إليك التشريح الصناعي لهذه القطعة:
1. الوصف (Description)
طارة السير هي قرص دائري مثبت على عمود دوران (Shaft)، يحتوي محيطه الخارجي على مجرى أو أكثر (Grooves) لاستقبال السيور. في صورتك، نرى طارة “متعددة المجاري” (Triple Groove Pulley)، وهي مصممة لنقل عزم دوران عالي جداً عبر استخدام ثلاثة سيور معاً لمنع الانزلاق.
