المبادل الحراري للبخار (Steam Heat Exchanger) هو واحد من أهم المعدات في المصانع، ووظيفته الأساسية هي نقل الطاقة الحرارية العالية الموجودة في البخار إلى سائل آخر (غالباً مياه أو زيوت أو مواد كيميائية) دون أن يختلطا ببعضهما.
نظرًا لأن البخار يحمل كمية ضخمة من الطاقة (الحرارة الكامنة)، فإن استخدامه كمصدر للتدفئة فعال جداً. إليك أهم استخداماته:
1. في الصناعات التحويلية (مثل النسيج والكيماويات)
بما أنك في المحلة الكبرى، فالمبادلات الحرارية للبخار هي “قلب” مصانع النسيج:
تسخين أحواض الصباغة: يُستخدم البخار لتسخين مياه الصبغة بسرعة ودقة للوصول لدرجات حرارة محددة.
ماكينات التجفيف: تسخين الهواء المار عبر الأقمشة لتجفيفها بعد الغسيل أو التجهيز.
2. تسخين مياه الغلايات (Boiler Feed Water)
يُستخدم المبادل الحراري لاستغلال البخار الراجع (أو البخار العادم) لتسخين المياه الجديدة الداخلة للغلاية. هذا يقلل من استهلاك الوقود ويحمي الغلاية من “الصدمة الحرارية”.
3. الصناعات الغذائية والتعقيم
البسترة والتعقيم: تسخين الحليب أو العصائر لدرجات حرارة تقتل البكتيريا باستخدام البخار كوسيط حراري آمن ومحكوم.
طهي وتجهيز الأغذية: في المصانع الكبرى التي تحتاج لدرجات حرارة ثابتة وعالية لإنتاج كميات ضخمة.
4. أنظمة التدفئة المركزية (HVAC)
في المباني الكبرى أو المستشفيات، يُستخدم المبادل الحراري لتحويل حرارة البخار القادم من غلاية مركزية إلى مياه ساخنة تدور في “الدفايات” (Radiators) لتدفئة المكان.
5. تسخين الزيوت والمواد البترولية
في الصناعات الثقيلة، يُستخدم البخار لتسخين الزيوت الكثيفة لتقليل لزوجتها وتسهيل ضخها وتحريكها داخل المواسير.
