1. الوصف (Description)
درفيل الكرتون الهارد كروم هو أسطوانة معدنية هندسية دقيقة، تُصنع غالباً من سبائك الصلب الكربونية (مثل CK45) أو الصلب المسبوك. ما يميزه هو الطبقة الخارجية من الكروم الصلب (Hard Chrome)، وهي طبقة يتم ترسيبها كهربائياً لتعطي الدرفيل ملمساً ناعماً جداً وصلابة سطحية فائقة تتراوح عادة بين (60 إلى 70 HRC).

3. كيفية التصنيع (Manufacturing Process)
تصنيع هذا الدرفيل يتطلب دقة متناهية لأن أي خطأ في الميكرون سيظهر عيبه في المنتج النهائي (الكرتون).
