إليك التشريح الصناعي الدقيق لهذه الماكينة المعقدة:
1. الوصف (Description)
ماكينة الصباغة والتجهيز هي وحدة صناعية ضخمة مصممة لمعالجة الأقمشة أو الخيوط كيميائياً وحرارياً. ما تراه في الصورة هو الحلة الداخلية (Perforated Drum/Cage)؛ وهي عبارة عن أسطوانة دوارة تحتوي على آلاف الثقوب الدقيقة وزعانف داخلية (Baffles) لضمان تقليب القماش وتغلغل صبغة الألوان بانتظام.

الخامة: تُصنع حصرياً من الاستانلس ستيل 316L؛ حيث يرمز حرف (L) إلى انخفاض نسبة الكربون لمنع تآكل اللحامات بسبب الكيماويات القوية والحرارة العالية.

المواصفات: تعمل هذه الماكينات غالباً تحت ضغط عالٍ ودرجات حرارة قد تتخطى 130°C في حالات صباغة البوليستر.
2. الاستخدامات (Applications)
تعتبر هذه الماكينة المرحلة “السحرية” التي تحول القماش الخام الباهت إلى منتج نهائي جذاب:

الغسيل والتحضير (Scouring & Bleaching): تنظيف القماش من الزيوت والشوائب وتبييضه قبل الصباغة.

الصباغة (Dyeing): إكساب الألياف اللون المطلوب بتباتية عالية.

التجهيز النهائي (Finishing): إضافة مواد كيميائية لإكساب القماش ملمساً ناعماً، أو خاصية مقاومة الماء، أو منع الانكماش.

المعالجة الإنزيمية: خاصة في صناعة “الجينز” للحصول على مظاهر الغسيل المختلفة.
3. كيفية التصنيع (Manufacturing Process)
تصنيع هذه الماكينات يجمع بين هندسة أوعية الضغط والميكانيكا الدقيقة:

تصنيع الحلة المثقبة: يتم ثقب ألواح الاستانلس ستيل باستخدام ماكينات CNC Punching أو الليزر بدقة متناهية، ثم لفها ولحامها طولياً لتكوين الأسطوانة.

بناء جسم الماكينة (Vessel): يتم تصنيع الغلاف الخارجي ليكون وعاء ضغط (Pressure Vessel) مطابقاً للمواصفات العالمية، مع لحامات تخضع لاختبار الأشعة السينية (X-Ray) لضمان عدم الانفجار تحت الضغط.

نظام الدوران والتحكم: تركيب محركات قوية متصلة بـ “إنفرتر” (VFD) للتحكم في سرعة الدوران، مع ربطها بنظام PLC لمراقبة درجات الحرارة وتوقيتات إضافة الكيماويات آلياً.

المبادل الحراري: يتم تركيب “سربنتينات” داخلية (مثل التي تحدثنا عنها سابقاً) لتسخين وتبريد محلول الصباغة بسرعة ودقة.

التلميع الكيميائي (Electropolishing): يتم تلميع الأجزاء الداخلية كهربائياً لتصبح بنعومة المرآة، وذلك لمنع اشتباك خيوط القماش بالثقوب أو الحواف.
